Schedule an appointment with one of our sales representatives or designers for a complimentary consultation. During this visit we take initial measurements, capture photos, and gather essential details regarding your goals, design preferences, and budget. Following the consultation, we will provide you with an estimate that outlines the project specifications and an estimated budget range.
Once the budget and initial estimate are approved, we move into the detailed design phase. At this stage, a design deposit is required, which will be applied towards the final cost of your project. A discovery walkthrough will be scheduled with the appropriate trades to ensure all aspects of the project are accounted for. Based on the assessment, we will create detailed drawings and renderings, as needed, to illustrate design concepts and layout options. Please note that the design deposit is non-refundable.
During the Selections & Presentation meetings, you will visit our showroom to review and finalize key design elements. This includes selecting materials, fixtures, and finishes, as well as discussing critical details of the project to ensure every aspect aligns with your vision and requirements. Our team will guide you through the options available to make informed decisions.
At this stage, the final design is presented for your review and approval. We will carefully walk through all the details, ensuring that the design fully reflects your vision and requirements. Once you have reviewed and confirmed all elements, we will finalize the contract. Upon signing the project will officially move into the next phase.
In this phase, all necessary permits will be submitted to ensure compliance with local regulations. Our scheduling team will reach out to provide you with a detailed project timeline. Additionally, you will meet with the Project Manager, who will review construction details, address any questions or concerns, and ensure you are fully informed about the next steps in the process.
During the installation phase, your plans will be brought to life, transforming your vision into a functional and beautiful space.
